Do I need an existing VAN or AS2 connection to use Synctify’s EDI integration?

No. Synctify acts as your EDI gateway. We support AS2, SFTP, and direct API-over-EDI setups, depending on the platform’s requirements. You don’t need to manage your own EDI infrastructure or third-party VAN.
