Recap of Synctify at MIFF 2025: Driving Cross-Border E-commerce Success

The Malaysian International Furniture Fair (MIFF) 2025, held from March 1-4, was a fantastic event, bringing together industry leaders, furniture suppliers, and e-commerce experts. This year, Synctify partnered with Wayfair and Western Post to provide hands-on consultation for suppliers looking to expand their business in the North American market. We also co-hosted a Cross-Border E-commerce Salon with World First, Wayfair, and Western Post, fostering insightful discussions with Malaysian suppliers. Here’s a look back at the highlights from this incredible event.

Consultation at the Wayfair Booth

Synctify joined Wayfair and Western Post at the Wayfair booth, where we provided one-on-one consultations to suppliers eager to explore opportunities on the platform. The booth attracted significant interest, with suppliers engaging in deep discussions about Wayfair’s marketplace, logistics solutions, and the importance of seamless integrations for order and inventory management. With Wayfair’s impressive reach, including an 80% repeat purchase rate and a global expansion strategy, suppliers had the chance to learn how they could tap into this dynamic e-commerce ecosystem.

Cross-Border E-commerce Salon at World First KL Office

In collaboration with World First, Wayfair, and Western Post, we co-hosted a Cross-Border E-commerce Salon at the World First office in TRX, Kuala Lumpur. The event provided a unique platform for Malaysian suppliers to gain insights into selling on Wayfair, optimizing cross-border payments, and leveraging technology for efficient e-commerce operations. Engaging conversations covered critical topics such as logistics, operation management, and payment solutions, equipping suppliers with the knowledge needed to thrive in the competitive global market.

Looking Ahead

Synctify remains committed to empowering suppliers with cutting-edge solutions for cross-border e-commerce. Whether it’s integrating with platforms like Wayfair or optimizing logistics, we continue to provide the technology and support suppliers need to succeed.
